★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellisima!! The square, and Cathedral are relaly nice in proportion, the architecture is unique from Sicily. The bell tower is awesome i recomend to be ready 5 minutes before noon cuz you will find a unique sorprise!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and historical. The central duomo or the main church of Messina. The architecture is a delight to observe. The clock tower has its own speciality. It have many moving parts and there is a show of all moving parts everyday at 12:05. There is also a treasure in the cathedral that is rarely open to public view. The inside paintings are beautiful. Very well maintained.

It is the mother church of the Catholic faithful in the California counties of Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo and is the metropolitan cathedral for the Ecclesiastical province of San Francisco. The cathedral is located in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. The present cathedral replaced one (1891–1962) of the same name. The original Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception was built in 1853–1854 and still stands today. It is now known as Old Saint Mary's Church.
