★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice, clean and safe space to go with the kids. It has a gate the surrounding it, so no toddlers can get away. There are structures for all ages, and they are in fairly good shape, so they are fun and safe. I think the park is closed at night, so that way only kids and their parents can go with them during the day.
It is located on the historical center of the city o L'Aquila, on top of a hill next to an actual Spanish offensive castle, and it Is surrounded by a nice forest.

There is a very nice kiosk to take a coffee and enjoy your time.
Kids can play in a dedicated area, too.
