Its construction began on commission from the Di Martino family around 1930, but it was never completed; rises in a state of neglect on a hill facing the harbor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich schönes Gebäude, ist aber nicht tatsächlich ein Schloss. Es wurde neu in alt gebaut, aber nie so richtig fertiggestellt. Zu sehen an Beton und Bewehrungsstahl, der durch die Witterung freigelegt wurde.
Würde sicherlich ein Hingucker sein, wenn es fertig ist.
Würde mich auch dazu bereit erklären ??
Really nice building, but not really a castle. It was rebuilt in old, but never finished properly. To be seen on concrete and reinforcing steel, which was exposed by the weather.
Would certainly be an eye-catcher when it's done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è per nulla chiaro cosa sia questa struttura. Non parrebbe antica, ne ha forma di castello. Pare più una moderna costruzione fatta in stile castellano. È comunque abbandonata e cadente.
Non c’è alcuna spiegazione o segnalazione.
Si gode comunque una buona vista sul mare, sul porto e sulla città.
It is not at all clear what this structure is. It would not seem ancient, it has the shape of a castle. It looks more like a modern construction done in the castle style. It is however abandoned and crumbling.
There is no explanation or report.
You still enjoy a good view of the sea, the port and the city.
