★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Castello Boschi è, probabilmente, il monumento-simbolo di Robbio. Edificato fra il XIV ed il XV Secolo sulla base di un preesistente fortilizio dell'XI Secolo circa, nel corso del tempo ha subito vari rimaneggiamenti, in particolare a cavallo tra Otto e Novecento, che ne hanno mutato l'aspetto delle parti più esterne. A testimonianza dell'originaria fortezza, però, rimangono il fossato e l'imponente torre centrale.
Immerso in uno splendido parco, è oggi in ristrutturazione e non può essere visitato all'interno. La luce autunnale dell'imbrunire aggiunge una tinta malinconica all'aspetto del maniero.
The Boschi Castle is probably the monument-symbol of Robbio. Built between the 14th and 15th centuries on the basis of a pre-existing fortress of the 11th century, it has undergone various alterations over the course of time, in particular at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, which have changed the appearance of its outer parts. As evidence of the original fortress, however, the moat and the imposing central tower remain.
Immersed in a splendid park, it is now under renovation and cannot be visited inside. The autumn light of dusk adds a melancholy hue to the appearance of the manor.
