Splendida posizione per ammirare le montagne che fanno da sfondo a Trevi. Per arrivarci si deve percorrere un tratto sterrato, ma non difficile procedendo con calma. Per gli amanti della Mountain Bike ci sono moltissimi sentieri che portano a questo piccolissimo agglomerato di case chiamato appunto il Castello di Morcicchia. Una volta arrivati in questo posto salendo circa 20 metri si arriva all'interno delle sue Mura dalle quali si scorge tutta la vallata sottostante il Monte Subasio. Per chi lo avesse visto almeno una volta sembra di stare all'interno dei Ruderi del film lady Hawke. Immerso nel verde delle nostre montagne si staglia Maestoso con il verde di sfondo. Poco distante dal castello si scorge una vecchia Torre di avvistamento, alla quale si può accedere o via bosco, o Grazie ad una strada di breccia precedente il bivio x il castello.
