★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il bianco Trebbiano Spoletino, il trebbiano Spoletino non è un trebbiano comune ma una specie che cresce a mo di albero ed è molto più impegnativo da coltivare, purtroppo, pur essendo una varietà protetta sta scomparendo. Il loro è ottimo, l'ho fatto degustare ad amici sommelier, e lo hanno apprezzato molto, peccato che il quantitativo è limitato
The white Trebbiano Spoletino is excellent, Trebbiano Spoletino is not a common Trebbiano but a species that grows like a tree and is much more demanding to cultivate, unfortunately, despite being a protected variety it is disappearing. Theirs is excellent, I made friends sommeliers taste it, and they appreciated it very much, it is a pity that the quantity is limited

Production of excellent quality oil. All the staff are helpful and kind. I have been a customer of the mill for years and every time they welcome me with the same human warmth that is not easy to find in other places so I recommend it to everyone with a sincere heart.
