Quaint walled city! Theres cute shops and restaurants within the walls, but most are closed during off season. You can walk up on the wall for a small portion of it for just 2 euros, because most of it is being restored. But great views and a very Tuscan feel

The walk on the walls is a rip-off. €8 for climbing up to a viewing point and that's it, there is NO walk on the walls. Parking tariff said €2 all day very very clearly, but it was €2 an hour. The place is small and barely worth a mention, much better to see the walls from afar.

Impressive sight pulling up, not as much once inside. The larger of the two catwalks along the wall was closed, so kind of a wasted trip (the other much smaller catwalk was not worth the price of admission). Not a very big place, didn't take long to explore. Also not much shade outside of the small park in the middle or the restaurant umbrellas/shades, so wear sunscreen!

Really nice village you should try if you pass by. This is however not a must do and I would not recommend walk on the walls and armory museum. The view is not that special. Just enjoy some time walking in the streets and enjoying the medieval atmosphere.

Fantastic little walled city. You have to stop here! It is right off the main freeway, and you can see it sitting on top of the hill from the freeway. There are a few small cafes here, and small museum. It doesn't take more than a few hours to hang out, and you could really see it in about 15 minutes of walking but the history is interesting. The parking is not free.

Great location for photography. The outward views are beautiful. The castle itself is idyllic. The tourist town inside is nice: you can do some shopping and get some food. Toilets were outside the castle and a bit far, which wasn't a big deal.. just surprised me that all the employees have to go that distance each time they need to use the bathroom. You have to pay a few euros to go up onto the walls, but it's worth it for the photos.

A small Castle in Tuscany. The place offers great view, a few shops and coffee shops. You can walk around the small streets and enjoy the historical places, walk around the walls or just sit back and enjoy the place. There are a few museums but I haven't tried them. If you are driving by, it is surely worth visiting
