★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely open since it is a privately owned residence. But the exterior is accessible with wonderful views for a quick side trip in the Cortona area of Tuscany. Park in the lot just south of the castle walls and walk around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View is nice but castle is privately ovned so you can only brows its secrets few times a year. Sadly I didn't have this opportunity.
Although it was closed I took a stroll around the castle the view is awesome :)
