★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the Christmas market experience and it was nice. €4 to park, €5 adult tickets, and €2,50 for kids 3 and older. Open from 10:00 to 2200. We went on a weekday and it was easy to get around and see everything without feeling rushed. All kinds of vendors set up by country. We were able to sample various foods and chocolates which helped us decide what to purchase. Most vendors were accommodating and friendly along with sharing the story behind the merchandise. The castle itself was interesting and has all kinds of levels to explore. We went later in the day so we could see the lights as we left and it was beautiful! I highly recommend visiting as it's only 45 minutes away but feels like you're in a different world with the views of the mountains, towns, and everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and unique experience at this hotel with a stunning view of the city. Comfy beds, good room size, simple breakfast, fair price, free parking space, nice staff. Beautiful hotel!
Unfortunately, we can clearly see the hotel is not really well maintained. The shower is for those who are not taller than 1.6 m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a lot of castles. A LOT of castles. But few are renovated and restored as well as this one. The owners clearly took great care to restore this castle and turn it into a special events place while maintaining the charm and historic beauty.
