Sarà che ho sbagliato strada per arrivarci, ma ho attraversato dei paesaggi incantevoli, passando quasi in mezzo ai boschi. Finalmente si arriva in questo scrigno protetto dell'altitudine e il vento dei monti accarezza quasi con vigore le guance e i capelli. Bella la chiesa, con la Madonna di Loreto con la pelle bianca (per me è stata la prima volta vederla così) e bella l'entrata al castello e bello il panorama. La Chiesa fuori dal castello era chiusa, ma con il parchetto fiorito davanti, l'immagine è veramente suggestiva. Un castello da vedere, ma solo con un rispettoso silenzio! One of the smallest castles of the nine surrounding Arcevia, yet one of the nicest. Finally you arrive in this protected chest of altitude and the wind from the mountains caresses your cheeks and hair almost vigorously. Beautiful the church, with the Madonna of Loreto with white skin (for me it was the first time to see it like this) and beautiful the entrance to the castle and beautiful the panorama. The church outside the castle was closed, but with the flowered parchment in front, the image is truly striking. A castle to see, but only with respectful silence!

Qualche abitante credo ci sia, ma veramente pochi! Non c'è nulla, oltre ad un fantastico panorama! Merita comunque un giro. We visited this village last because it was the furthest away, a little isolated from the other castles, but very nice. I believe there are some inhabitants, but very few! There is nothing besides a fantastic view! Still worth a ride.

Si arriva al suo cuore da una curvilinea strada immersa nel bosco. Dell’antica struttura rimane la porta d’ingresso in pietra ad arco a tutto sesto e la torre campanaria affiancata alla chiesa di Santo Stefano. La chiesa, ristrutturata nel ‘700, contiene l’affresco cinquecentesco della “Madonna di Loreto”. Nei pressi del Castello di Caudino si combatté una memorabile battaglia tra i Guelfi e i Ghibellini nel XIV secolo. One of the 9 small villages / castles of Arcevia. The Caudino castle is the most recent of the 9 castles. You get to its heart from a curvilinear road immersed in the woods. What remains of the ancient structure is the stone entrance door with a round arch and the bell tower next to the church of Santo Stefano. The church, renovated in the 1700s, contains the sixteenth-century fresco of the "Madonna di Loreto". Near the Castle of Caudino a memorable battle was fought between the Guelphs and the Ghibellines in the fourteenth century.
