★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al castello non c'è nulla da vedere se non quattro mura in croce è disabitato e in parte diroccato. La chiesa con gli affreschi è chiusa.
At the castle there is nothing to see if not four walls on the cross is uninhabited and partly dilapidated. The church with the frescoes is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Castello di Barattano ( vicino a Todi - PG) é un agriturismo con annesso ristorante, un vero piccolo "gioiello" che é stato restaurato con cura e passione dal proprietario (é facile trovarlo con Google Maps o con un qualsiasi navigatore). Vale la pena di fare la strada anche solo per visitarlo. In realtà però la cucina tradizionale umbra é davvero notevole e si consiglia, se non si vuole approfittare del pernottamento, di fermarsi almeno a pranzo o a cena. Annessa c'è una piscina che si apre su un meraviglioso spaccato di paesaggio umbro. Personale davvero cortese.
The Castle of Barattano (near Todi - PG) is an agriturismo with attached restaurant, a real little "jewel" that has been restored with care and passion by the owner (it is easy to find it with Google Maps or with any navigator). It is worth making the road just to visit it. In reality, however, traditional Umbrian cuisine is truly remarkable and it is advisable, if you do not want to take advantage of the overnight stay, to stay at least for lunch or dinner. Attached there is a swimming pool that opens onto a wonderful slice of Umbrian landscape. Really friendly staff.

Very bucolic place. The countryside around and the silence make you stay in peace. Great for reading and studying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere situate in una struttura antichissima e molto ben conservata, lo stile stesso delle camere richiama quello che erano le sue sembianze originali (lavandini in pietra originali, soppalchi, finestre...).
Il luogo si trova in cima ad una collina circondata interamente da natura, dalla quale si può osservare un panorama vastissimo e fornito di ogni sfumatura di verde.
Un posto perfetto per godersi un bel aperitivo a bordo piscina immersi tra l'aria pulita di un verde e romantico paesaggio.
Rooms located in an ancient structure and very well preserved, the style of the rooms recalls what its original appearance was (original stone sinks, mezzanines, windows ...).
The place is located on top of a hill surrounded entirely by nature, from which you can observe a vast panorama equipped with every shade of green.
A perfect place to enjoy a nice poolside aperitif immersed in the clean air of a green and romantic landscape.
