Posto ottimo per chi non vuol sentire rumori e stare nella pace più totale
 Located in an exceptional valley in the heart of Umbria .. surrounded by greenery, this is one of the most comfortable and welcoming b & bs we have ever stayed in ... kind and polite owner ... clean, warm rooms with all the essentials. Great place for those who do not want to hear noises and be in total peace

Luogo favoloso come location, silenzioso e con un panorama verso Todi impagabile.
Il proprietario persona gentilissima e cortese molto disponibile.
La zona "spa" è una chicca da non lasciarsi sfuggire.
Non si può prescindere da un ottimo massaggio eseguito in maniera perfetta che rilassa e distende.

Devo dire che è un posto fantastico rilassante e I proprietari sono delle persone ospitali e gentilissime.
Vista panoramica eccezionale dell'agriturismo si vede Todi stupenda.
Offre di una spa molto pulito e rilassante.
La colazione è divina con torte fatte dalla proprietaria buonissime

Exceptional panoramic view of the farm you see Todi stupendous.
It offers a very clean and relaxing spa.

Camera accogliente e molto pulita.

I spent a weekend at the property with some friends. A very pleasant place for the silence, the view and the position that allows you to reach the most interesting places in a few minutes by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trascorso il weekend di Pasqua con la famiglia in questo agriturismo. Posto ben tenuto, con ampi spazi. Alloggio pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. La struttura ha una buona posizione per visitare i paesi circostanti, in primis Todi. A disposizione degli ospiti, con costo a parte e su prenotazione, la spa. Esperienza fantastica, da provare. La colazione ottima, tanti dolci diversi e tutti deliziosi! Per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos cittadino, è il posto ideale! L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di segnalare il passaggio di corrente sulla recinzione degli animali. Mio figlio voleva lanciare erba alle caprette e ha inavvertitamente toccato la parte alta della rete, prendendo una piccola scossa sul polso. Nulla di grave, ma meglio segnalare.
I spent the Easter weekend with my family in this farm. Well maintained place, with large spaces. Accommodation spotless and equipped with everything you need. The property has a good location for visiting the surrounding villages, first and foremost Todi. The spa is available to guests at a separate cost and upon reservation. Fantastic experience, to try. The excellent breakfast, many different desserts and all delicious! To relax and disconnect from the chaos of the city, it is the ideal place! The only advice I can give is to report the passage of current on the fence of the animals. My son wanted to throw grass at the goats and inadvertently touched the top of the net, taking a little jolt on the wrist. Nothing serious, but better to report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Agriturismo near Todi. The place is beautiful and the hosts are extremely nice and will help you getting around the best places in Umbria. There's a swimming pool, plenty of green space outside, plus a Spa and various amenities, like snooker tables etc. Todi itself is a nice little town on the top of a hill. There are other sights nearby, like Marmore Falls, very close by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights. The family is super friendly and patient with our broken Italian. It is a lot more professionally ran compared to some other agriturismo's we've stayed at. They're also actually farming the land which is really cool. There are a lot of Olive trees around. The location is very convenient towns in Umbria. 15 minutes drive to Todi, under an hour to Orvietto, Assisi, Perugia, Bagnoregio, Acquasparta, Narni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just couldn't believe how excellent this place was when we arrived. Hands down, it is like heaven. Great view over the valley and the ancient Roman settlement Todi. There's a big garden to relax, a swimming pool with the same breathtaking view. For those who like to be active, there is a gym and in the rare case of rain there is a pool table, chess and more. Raffaele and is mum are so kindhearted and went above and beyond to give us a holiday of a lifetime. Ow and the BREAKFAST is to die for; homemade cakes, bread, fruits, yoghurt, you name it and it was there. Can't wait to visit again one day.
