★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per i bambini è un luogo magico, tanto verde e aria fresca, una vista magnifica sul lago. Peccato gli spettacoli all'aperto, sotto il sole fa parecchio caldo, e ci vorrebbe qualche caratterizzazione in più sui sentieri, oltre all'albero parlante. Cmq vale la pena ?
 For children it is a magical place, lots of greenery and fresh air, a magnificent view of the lake. Too bad the outdoor shows, under the sun it is quite hot, and it would take some more characterization on the paths, in addition to the talking tree. Anyway it's worth it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima giornata passata oggi location perfetta e attori fantastici ma ragazzi... 3 bagni esterni anche in caso di pioggia con migliaia di persone assolutamente no!!!! E poi si prega di scrivere in cima alla discesa per andare a fare il giro in carrozza che i posti sono esauriti e i giri terminati per evitare che la gente si faccia centinaia di metri in discesa e poi salita su strada sterrata col peso del passeggino e del bambino dentro. Siamo scesi perché c era un biglietto con scritto giro in carrozza disponibile e poi non c' era più posto. Ultima nota antipatica sul bar interno... 4 ero una focaccia e 5 una pizzetta entrambe del giorno prima ed entrambe consegnate ghiacciate... Per favore.. Un po' di rispetto mia figlia è rimasta a digiuno. Spero che riusciate a migliorare questi aspetti
Beautiful day spent today perfect location and fantastic actors but guys ... 3 outdoor bathrooms even in case of rain with thousands of people absolutely not !!!! And then please write at the top of the slope to go for the carriage ride that the seats are sold out and the rides finished to prevent people from making hundreds of meters downhill and then up on a dirt road with the weight of the stroller and the baby inside. We got off because there was a ticket with a carriage ride available and then there was no more room. Last nasty note on the internal bar ... 4 I was a focaccia and 5 a pizza both of the day before and both delivered ice-cold ... Please .. A little respect my daughter was fasting. I hope you can improve these aspects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente location affascinante, molto coinvolgenti lo spettacolo di magia e il musical, ma organizzazione assolutamente carente nell'utilizzo degli spazi interni del castello: nell' area delle principesse un assembramento di adulti e piccini senza il benché minimo rispetto del distanziamento interpersonale... Mi sarei aspettata almeno una sorveglianza per contigentare l'ingresso o l'indicazione scritta di un numero massimo di persone e, quindi, una turnazione strutturata. Presenza di due soli bagni esterni sporchi. Prezzi molto cari dei servizi offerti, dai laboratori, alla stampa della foto aggiuntiva (oltre a quella in omaggio e compresa nel biglietto family); costo elevato del giro in carrozza, a dispetto di una percorrenza media molto breve (servizio che avrebbe dovuto essere compreso nel biglietto di ingresso). Esosa l'area ristoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza bella per i bambini, molto costoso se si guarda il prezzo dei biglietti da prenotare. Se non avete prenotato non importa perché vendono anche i biglietti all'entrata, così c'è scritto sul sito. Peccato che quando si arriva (senza sapere se si troverà i biglietti) si scopre che il biglietto non prenotato costa 20euro e non c'è nemmeno il ridotto per i bambini! Uno sproposito! Questo fatto é di dubbia eticità (penso a una famiglia che si fa lo sbattone di preparare i figli che sono carichi come mine, arriva e il prezzo é cambiato???). Dubbia pure la legalità del fatto. Oltretutto all'interno del castello c'è un super affollamento e ovviamente giustamente i bimbi piccoli non hanno la mascherina. Insomma, non verrò mai più.
Nice experience for children, very expensive if you look at the price of tickets to book. If you haven't booked it doesn't matter because they also sell tickets at the entrance, so it says on the website. Too bad that when you arrive (without knowing if you will find the tickets) you discover that the unreserved ticket costs 20euro and there is not even a reduced ticket for children! A blunder! This fact is of dubious ethics (I think of a family that goes to the trouble of preparing their children who are loaded like mines, arrives and the price has changed ???). The legality of the fact is also doubtful. Moreover, inside the castle there is a super crowding and obviously small children do not have a mask. I mean, I'll never come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati Domenica 24 aprile. Castello molto bello , parcheggio a 5oo mt gratuito. Spettacolo peter pan e magia molto carini, il mio bimbo di 5 anni si è divertito. Noi abbiamo fatto il pic nic nel posto, ma volendo c e sia ristorante che area ristoro. Giro in carrozza a pagamento molto bello anche se molto corto. Consigliato x famiglie con bambini piccoli.
We stayed on Sunday 24th April. Very nice castle, free parking at 5oo meters. Very nice peter pan and magic show, my 5 year old had a great time. We had a picnic in the place, but if we wanted to, there is both a restaurant and a refreshment area. Very nice paid carriage ride even if very short. Recommended for families with small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino, pulito e ben curato. Siamo stati a Pasquetta con amici per un costo di 20€ a persona. Nei 20€ è compresa l’area pic nic , una foto di famiglia a tema harry potter, un musical, uno spettacolo di magia, dimostrazione di apicoltura, piccola area canzoni Disney (da migliorare secondo me).
Personalmente rivedrei il prezzo per gli adulti perché mi sembra un tantino alto per le attività che propone.
Very nice, clean and well looked after place. We were on Easter Monday with friends for a cost of € 20 per person. The € 20 includes the picnic area, a Harry Potter themed family photo, a musical, a magic show, beekeeping demonstration, a small Disney song area (to improve in my opinion).
Personally I would review the price for adults because it seems a bit high for the activities it offers.
