Risalente..probabilmente...al 1200 ormai vi sono rimasti i muri portanti e qualche stanza ma la vista ripaga tutta la fatica! Per raggiungerlo bisogna superare una scala sospesa e successivamente una piccola parete. Sconsigliato per chi soffre di vertigine. Ultimamente però l'accesso è bloccato poiché la proprietà è passata ad un privato. The castle dominates the valley from its height as well as the road that leads to the Cereda pass. Dating back ... probably ... by 1200 there were still bearing walls and a few rooms but the view pays off for all the effort! To reach it you have to pass a suspended staircase and then a small wall. Not recommended for those suffering from vertigo. Recently, however, access is blocked because the property has been handed over to a private individual.

A causa dell'alluvione del 2018 però il sentiero è ancora interrotto e non è agevole raggiungerlo. Nice ride, a few minutes walk from both the Madonna della Luce and Villa Welsper. Due to the flood of 2018, however, the path is still interrupted and it is not easy to reach it.
c	channel max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La leggenda racconta che sia stato costruito ai tempi di Attila, mentre probabilmente è stato eretto nel 1273 dai vescovi di Feltre. Il castello è stato danneggiato nel sedicesimo secolo dai soldati veneziani, poi da 2 gravi incendi e, nel 1875, durante una piena del torrente Canali, la parte che comprendeva l'unico accesso al castello è crollata. Oggi ne restano solo romantici ruderi appollaiati sopra un enorme masso, che possono essere raggiunti con difficoltà su di una vertiginosa scaletta di ferro e scavalcando poi con l'ausilio di una corda un muro di 3 metri. Panoramico, suggestivo, ma non è per tutti (sconsigliato in particolare a chi soffre di vertigini...). Ci sono pareti per arrampicate, noi abbiamo partecipato all' arrampicata che faceva parte delle attività che si trovano in estate andando a soggiornare a Primiero, ed è stata fantastica, complimenti a chi organizza e al signor Paolo che ci ha spiegato con pazienza e professionalità. Percorrendo il sentiero verso il lago Welsperg e Malga Canali appare in tutta la sua maestosità. Built on a large boulder in the middle of the Canali stream, it dominates the valley.
