Aperuta sportello da orari pubblicati all'esterno alle 15.00, apertura reale 15.20. Il telefono non esiste dato che non rispondono mai, alle mail che dovrebbe di farti semplificati la vita non rispondo. Una sola stella perché meno non si poteva. Pure Middle Ages ....
