Peccato xchè vedere il resto della struttura non funzionante da un idea di situazione post atomica ma le scuderie sono ordinate e ben tenute e il giardino intorno da la sensazione di un ambiente elegante I campi sono buoni anche se non ce n'è uno coperto. È attaccato alla città pur essendo in aperta campagna. All'interno del complesso anche due ristoranti.
