Particolarmente apprezzabile la ricotta di bufala che anche a distanza di 4 giorni di frigo non ha mostrato la benché minima nota acidula spessa presente nei prodotti commerciali. Freschezza del prodotto che si riscontra anche nella mozzarella che nello stesso periodo fuori dal frigo ha accusato minimamente del degrado, anzi, a mio gusto strettamente personale ha acquisito quella morbidezza interna che contrasta con la zona esterna più dura rendendola particolarmente appetitosa. Da provare altri prodotti che sicuramente non deluderanno. A good choice of mozzarella and other products made with buffalo milk. Prices absolutely in line with other quality dairies. Particularly appreciable the buffalo ricotta that even after 4 days in the fridge did not show the slightest thick acidic note present in commercial products. Freshness of the product that is also found in the mozzarella which in the same period out of the fridge suffered the slightest degradation, indeed, to my strictly personal taste it has acquired that internal softness that contrasts with the harder external area making it particularly appetizing. Try other products that will surely not disappoint.

Nulla ci ha veramente entusiasmato specie la mozzarella che non ci è sembrata fresca come in altri caseifici che abbiamo trovato nella zona. It could be better. We tried ricotta mozzarella and caciocavallo. Nothing really thrilled us, especially the mozzarella which didn't seem fresh to us like in other dairies we found in the area.

Per essere un produttore i prezzi sono leggermente alti visto che si dovrebbero abbattere i costi intermedi. Ma grazie alla qualità si spende lo stesso volentieri. Non ho provato gli altri prodotti caseari ma posso immaginare che siano di ottima qualità. Questo caseificio propone un ottimo prodotto: gustoso, ricco di latte e corposo al gusto. Una mozzarella davvero molto buona e assolutamente in linea con la grande tradizione della sua lavorazione/preparazione. Il personale, cordiale ed estremamente preciso, rendono il luogo un piccolo gioiello. Amaseno is one of the cities famous for dairy products, primarily mozzarella. This dairy offers an excellent product: tasty, rich in milk and full-bodied to the taste. A really very good mozzarella and absolutely in line with the great tradition of its processing / preparation. The staff, friendly and extremely precise, make the place a little gem.
