L'esaltazione dei prodotti della zona, abbinati con dell'ottimo vino. Accoglienza e servizio preciso ed caloroso. Ambiente a mio avviso ben curato e caratteristico, ben ambientato nel contesto del bel paese di Prossedi. Torneremo per assaporare anche le pizze "altitudine" che al solo leggere gli ingredienti fanno venire l'acquolina in bocca. Bravi, continuate su questa strada.
