Una mozzarella ricca, con alta percentuale di latte di bufala, resistente al morso come deve essere.
Ampia scelta casearia abbinata a salumi, prodotti panificati, sott'olio e paste secche.
Possibilita' di mangiare un panino appena preparato all'interno.
