★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera e gustosa sorpresa. Mozzarella di latte vaccina spettacolare, lascia la bocca piena di sapore.
Ho assaggiato due diavoletti affumicati e sono stati una vera rivelazione: affumicatura fantastica, con all'interno un ripieno di olive, finocchietto e peperoncino. Stuzzicante e impossibile non mangiarne ad oltranza!
Assaggiato anche la ricotta: buonissima, lascia in bocca il sapore del latte e viene voglia di mangiarla a cucchiaiate.
I signori Valestra sono disponibili e gentilissimi. Posto segnato nei preferiti per ritornarci alla prima occasione e fare scorta di qualsiasi cosa.
Nota interessante: essendo anche casa di produzione, il banco delle vendite si affaccia direttamente sul laboratorio nel quale si può ammirare il processo di lavorazione (molto suggestivo e alimenta l'appetito).
A real and tasty surprise. Spectacular cow's milk mozzarella, leaves the mouth full of flavor.
I tasted two smoked devils and they were a real revelation: fantastic smoking, with a filling of olives, fennel and chili pepper inside. Tantalizing and impossible not to eat to the bitter end!
The ricotta was also tasted: delicious, it leaves the taste of milk in the mouth and you want to eat it by spoonfuls.
The Valestra gentlemen are available and very kind. Place marked in the favorites to go back to the first opportunity and stock up on anything.
Interesting note: being also a production house, the sales counter directly overlooks the laboratory where you can admire the manufacturing process (very suggestive and feeds the appetite).
