★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo caseificio fa veramente la migliore mozzarella fior di latte napoletana, e di fatto e conosciutissima sia per la treccia fior di latte, che per la provola affumicata ( mai assaggiato una provola affumicata cosi buona ). Buonissima la sua fiaschella e il provolone del monaco. Il loro lavoro e' arte pura.
This dairy really makes the best Neapolitan fior di latte mozzarella, and in fact it is well known both for the braided fior di latte, and for the smoked provola (never tasted a smoked provola so good). Very good is its flask and the provolone del monaco. Their work is pure art.
