★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto visita al caseificio recentemente. Ho trovato pulizia e ordine. Ho apprezzato professionaità, cortesia e passione. Ho acquistato un pò di tutto. Oltre a trecce e ovuline di "fior di latte" ho potuto gustare al rientro a casa dei buoni formaggi vaccini solo leggermente stagionati, un ottimo provolone del Monaco e uno sfizioso provolone con il ripieno di burro aromatizzato al limone. Una tappa che merita. Da consigliare
