Fiordilatte e treccia con i sapori di una volta e perfetta salatura. Il caciocavallo disponibile affumicato e non è ottimo da fresco e perfetto dopo un po' di stagionatura, per insaporire i piatti o arricchire dei crostini. Il Provolone del Monaco DOP è il fiore all'occhiello di questo produttore: favoloso! Grazie ed a presto!
It is a quality artisan dairy located in the heart of an area strongly suited to agriculture. The products reflect the purest tradition of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Fiordilatte and braid with the flavors of the past and perfect salting. The caciocavallo available smoked and is not excellent when fresh and perfect after a bit of seasoning, to flavor dishes or enrich croutons. Provolone del Monaco DOP is the flagship of this producer: fabulous! Thanks and see you soon!
