We did some high quality shopping at Masseria Donata. All very good, especially the burrata and artisanal mortadella. Staff very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Divina!!! Sapori tipici introvabili, difficile stupirmi ma questa volta han fatto centro. Si sente la passione che ci mettono se il ❤, davvero tutto ottimo. Tornerò presto e mi porterò qualcosa a casa ☺super!!! Prezzi molto buoni! Staff super gentile e professionale. Sapori di Puglia!!! Banco del formaggio ricco e ordinato. Prezzi nella norma, comunque adeguati alla qualità. ATTENZIONE: sulla strada dovete cercare l'indicazione "Masseria Donata" (e NON caseificio)... una piccola incongruenza per cui non ho trovato una spiegazione... ma vabbè! Enjoy! Beautiful place. Well-kept. Splendid butcher's counter with local specialties, including "bombette" (try qu'elle con le offal). Rich and tidy cheese counter. Prices in the standard, however adequate to the quality. ATTENTION: on the road you have to look for the sign "Masseria Donata" (and NOT dairy) ... a small inconsistency for which I have not found an explanation ... but oh well! Enjoy!

Acquistato formaggi e carne. Che dire, nodini e burrata superlative e carne gustosa e di prima qualità. Una menzione per la ragazza che mi ha servito al banco formaggi, gentile e professionale e al macellaio altrettanto. Tra i latticini freschi, ho provato la ricotta, la giuncata e la burrata e sono tutti buonissimi! Tra tutte le ricotte e le burrate assaggiate in zona, queste sonl indubbiamente le migliori. I formaggi stagionati sono molti e di alta qualità. Sono molti i formaggi di latte misto e ci sono anche quelli con peperoncino, pepe, noci o pistacchi. Vendono molti prodotti di aziende agricole del luogo, come sott'oli, olive (quelle piccanti sono superlative), biscotti, pasta con grano Senatore Cappelli, vini e olio di produzione propria. Siamo stati accolti e serviti da una ragazza gentilissima che ci ha proposto un tour gastronomico delle loro prelibatezze, che abbiamo gustato comodamente seduti ai tavolini esterni!! I formaggi hanno una storia lunga 49 anni che parte dalla nonna. A luglio di quest'anno è stata inaugurata la nuova struttura che comprende una più ampia sezione di latticini e prodotti tipici oltre alla macelleria! Complimenti!!! Consigliatissimo!!! We have just had lunch in this "small" dairy oasis ... The farm is family run. We were greeted and served by a very kind girl who offered us a gastronomic tour of their delicacies, which we enjoyed comfortably seated at the outdoor tables !! Cheeses have a 49-year history that starts with their grandmother. In July of this year the new structure was inaugurated which includes a larger section of dairy products and typical products in addition to the butcher's! Well done!!! Highly recommended !!!
