S	Shy Kitty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in una zona tranquilla di Selva, non ha un ampio parcheggio ma 4 o 5 auto ci stanno, il caseificio è ben strutturato e pulito, prodotti buonissimi e di ottima qualità, personale gentile e simpatico, prezzi bassi. Lo consiglio. Nuovissimi, confortevoli e pulitissimi gli appartamenti, con una splendida vista sulle Dolomiti. Assolutamente da provare i formaggi e lo yogurt di Martin, il casaro della famiglia, acquistabili nella bottega del maso. Partono direttamente dal maso il sentiero per la Vallunga e la salita per il rifugio Firenze. The Mussner family welcomes guests to the Valin farm with a smile and discretion, with a large playground for children. The apartments are brand new, comfortable and very clean, with a splendid view of the Dolomites. Absolutely to try the cheeses and yogurt of Martin, the cheesemaker of the family, which can be purchased in the farm shop. The path to Vallunga and the climb to the Firenze refuge start directly from the farm.

S	Serena Maggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questo meraviglioso maso con la nostra bambina di 4 anni che insieme ai proprietari ogni giorno era partecipe con le attività del maso,accudiva le mucche,dava da mangiare alle galline ecc ecc... loro gentilissimi e disponibilissimi,i formaggi che produco e vendono sono buonissimi,il loro latte altrettanto,la pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort indispensabili. Bravi continuate così! Fam. Passeri We spent 4 days in this wonderful farm with our 4 year old daughter who, together with the owners, participated every day with the activities of the farm, looked after the cows, fed the chickens etc etc ... their very kind and extremely available cheeses. that they produce and sell are very good, their milk as well, the cleanliness of the apartment impeccable with all the necessary comforts. Tutti dei veri formaggi di montagna, per gusto personale ho preferito quello alle erbe e fiori. Avrei voluto provare anche i freschi ma eravamo in partenza per casa ! Prezzi non bassi ma neanche esagerati. We bought three types on sight, the ones that inspired us the most. All real mountain cheeses, for personal taste I preferred the one with herbs and flowers. I wanted to try the fresh ones too but we were leaving for home! Prices not low but not exaggerated either.

I budini e gli yogurt sono strepitosi per non parlare dei formaggi. Consigliatissimo anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se andate in val gardena non vi dimenticate di fare tappa al caseificio Valin. Going to get fresh milk directly from the dairy is a unique experience. Great milk and feel all the flavor of the mountain. The puddings and yogurts are amazing not to mention the cheeses. Also highly recommended for the excellent value for money. If you go to val gardena don't forget to stop at the Valin dairy.

Beautiful location managed by young guys, open workshop and very clean store, in general the whole farm gives the impression of being well cared for, quality products at fair prices.
