The Grana is spectacular at 18 months [recommended]. Very fresh products [the forms of parmesan are open at the moment].

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio in provincia di Vicenza, situato lungo la riviera Berica. Produce per lo piu un ottimo grana padana (consiglio lo stravecchio), ma anche un buon Asiago e altri formaggi freschi.
Dairy in the province of Vicenza, located along the Berica Riviera. It mostly produces an excellent Grana Padana (I recommend the stravecchio), but also a good Asiago and other fresh cheeses.

Happened by chance, on the opening day of the 100th anniversary. Clean place, large and well stocked cheeses: from fresh to more seasoned ones. Friendly and helpful staff.

Visited on the occasion of the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the dairy: the structure is large, well organized, clean and efficient. The shop is well stocked with many cheeses and cured meats from the area and other parts of Italy. The visit was very pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima la visita guidata nel caseificio con personale molto qualificato nella spiegazione di ogni ciclo produttivo. Vedere dove viene creato un pezzo della storia ogni giorno, dove le tradizioni si intrecciano con la tecnologia. Poi lo spaccio grande e ben fornito. Stend gastronomico con ben 3 birrifici artigianali a disposizione. Avrei gestito meglio la pulizia delle tavole dopo il pranzo, Sicuramente sono stati giorni con molta affluenza.
The guided tour of the dairy with highly qualified personnel in explaining each production cycle is wonderful. See where a piece of history is created every day, where traditions are intertwined with technology. Then the large and well-stocked shop. Gastronomic stand with 3 craft breweries available. I would have handled the cleaning of the tables better after lunch. Certainly these were busy days.
