Durante gli orari di apertura del negozio è possibile visitare l'azienda! Ottimo il gelato prodotto artigianalmente dalla signora Tiziana! È un bel posto per i bambini per trascorrere del tempo senza tv!
Fresh and mature cheeses made with the milk of brown cows raised on the farm and which graze in Trentino during the summer. During the opening hours of the store you can visit the company! The handmade ice cream produced by Signora Tiziana is excellent! It's a nice place for kids to spend time without TV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni acquisto per il mio B&B ottimi burro e formaggi del Caseificio Turato, con grande soddisfazioni dei miei ospiti.
Visitare l'allevamento è una gioia: le mucche sono libere di correre all'interno, e di brucare erba fuori. Si avvicinano e si fanno accarezzare, perché sono amiche dell'uomo.
Solo la condizione dei vitelli mi fa stringere il cuore. Sono soli, in piccolissimo spazio, e ti guardano con occhio interrogativo. Cari, bravissimi signori Turato, anche se i maschi sono destinati, ovviamente, ad essere soppressi, non sarebbe possibile far trascorrere la loro breve vita in un recinto tutti insieme? Ingrasserebbero forse meno, sarebbero felici perché si accontentano di poco, ma visto che ci danno la loro carne, non si potrebbe ripagarli con una vita migliore?
For years I have been buying excellent butter and cheeses from the Caseificio Turato for my B&B, to the great satisfaction of my guests.
Visiting the farm is a joy: the cows are free to run inside, and graze the grass outside. They approach and let themselves be caressed, because they are friends of man.
Only the condition of the calves makes my heart tighten. They are alone, in a very small space, and they look at you with a questioning eye. Dear, talented Turato gentlemen, even if the males are obviously destined to be killed, would it not be possible to spend their short life in an enclosure all together? Perhaps they would gain less weight, they would be happy because they are satisfied with little, but since they give us their meat, couldn't we repay them with a better life?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turato non è solo un ottimo caseificio, ma una boccata di natura accanto alla cittá. Luogo meraviglioso, educativo per bambini e adulti. Si possono accarezzare mucche e vitellini ben tenuti, e alla luce del sole!
Turato is not only an excellent dairy, but a breath of nature next to the city. Wonderful, educational place for children and adults. You can pet well-kept cows and calves, and in the sunlight!
