Really high quality products, fresh and of an indescribable goodness. I had never eaten such a delicious burrata and stracciatella. If I have the chance to return to Otranto, Caseificio Santoro will certainly be one of my fixed stops.
M	Marina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre roba di eccellente qualità a km zero, prodotta con latte di produzione propria, come scoprono ogni anno i turisti che, alla fine della vacanza a Otranto, cercano di portare a casa un po' di quella bontà sperimentata durante il loro soggiorno: formaggi di vario tipo, ricotta, burrate e mozzarelle, stracciatella e yogurt, ma anche budini e panna cotta. Assolutamente da assaggiare. Always excellent quality zero km stuff, produced with home-grown milk, as tourists discover every year who, at the end of their holiday in Otranto, try to take home some of that goodness experienced during their stay: various types, ricotta, burrata and mozzarella, stracciatella and yogurt, but also puddings and panna cotta. Absolutely to taste.

Lo stracchino e la scamorza affumicata e il formaggio al tartufo,eccellenti . Non solo, la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto carina e disponibile, ci ha fatto assaggiare alcuni formaggi. Assolutamente consigliato I tasted the burrata, very good, the panne cotte, excellent I think they are sugar free, a delicate and natural taste. Stracchino and smoked scamorza cheese and truffle cheese, excellent. Not only that, the girl who served us was very nice and helpful, she let us taste some cheeses. Absolutely recommended

I prodotti freschi spesso finiscono in mattinata, ma si possono prenotare e ritirare al pomeriggio. Ampia scelta anche di stagionati. Gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto assaggiare molti diversi prodotti per facilitare la scelta. Confezionano anche sottovuoto, così l’ultimo giorno abbiamo potuto fare le scorte da portare a casa. Tutto quello che ho provato era ottimo. Super consigliato! Excellent dairy with large production of cheeses with cow's and sheep's milk. Fresh products often finish in the morning, but can be booked and picked up in the afternoon. Wide choice also of seasoned. Dear, they let us taste many different products to facilitate the choice. They also vacuum-pack, so on the last day we were able to stock up to take home. Everything I tried was great. Super recommended!

Abbiamo anche mangiato le panne cotte e il budino squisiti. Infine consiglio anche gli yogurt. Che dire tornerei ad Otranto solo per riassaporare i prodotti di questo caseificio. Finally, I also recommend the yoghurts. What can I say I would go back to Otranto just to savor the products of this dairy.
