★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "No agenzie" è proprio il caso di dire e confermare questo detto a proposito, di "Compro casa Otranto"Scarsa professionalità in termini di chiarezza e correttezza nel portare a termine la trattativa come parte terza tra venditore e acquirente .La vendita a tutti i costi, con versioni tecniche propinate ai due "Germani" come veritiere,ma non corrispondenti alla realtà,che portano i soggetti, a risolvere il contenzioso tramite intervento legale. Eppure sarebbe bastato la presenza dell’agente- mediatore (più volte chiamato a fare chiarezza senza mai presenziare) a redimere la questione, evidente la coda di paglia. Giudizio pessimo non la consiglio per inaffidabilità e latitanza nel momento cruciale del chiarimento di tutta la trattativa. Il loro affare era già concluso con relativi emolumenti anticipati prima del rogito.

The sale to all costs, with technical versions served up to the two "Germans" as truthful, but not corresponding to reality, which lead the subjects to resolve the dispute through legal intervention. Yet the presence of the agent-mediator (repeatedly called to clarify without ever attending) would have been enough to redeem the issue, evidently the straw tail. Bad judgment I do not recommend for unreliability and inaction at the crucial moment of the clarification of the whole negotiation. Their deal was already concluded with relative advance payments before the deed.
