If you arrive in the morning before 8.30 you can buy an extraordinary hot ricotta. They don't make mozzarella or braids. Excellent quality of products.

Veniamo accolti come se ci fossimo intrufolati in una residenza privata, poi un uomo di età avanzata comincia a venderci verbalmente tutti i prodotti che hanno. Gli faccio ben capire che siamo venuti con un intento ben preciso, cioè la burrata visto che è originaria della Puglia ma nessuno la fa avendola cercata per 2 giorni, ma questa è un altra storia bizzarra... Alla fine capisce cosa gli stavo chiedendo, o almeno cosi pare tanto che mi invita in caso a tornare l'indomani mattina presto. Cosi per prenotare il ritiro e ordinare la quantità mi fa parlare con una ragazza che con nonchalance mi risponde che loro non fanno burrate. Non credo ci siano altre cose da dire dopo cio. Una stella assicurata ed è anche troppo visto che non si può mettere 0. Bad experience. We are looking for a couple of burrates.
