★ ★ ★ ★ ★ officially, the best parmigiano reggiano ever. And not only. inside the store there's a huge amount of amazing local products. Salami, Prosciutto, coppa, speck and so more. it's like food heaven on earth. And not only. It also offers a wide selection of other types of cheese like pecorino and so on. It's so good. Also the location is really very nice. houses in stones, with their own little church ad the entrance. It's not only a great place where to but fantastic food, it's actually a beautiful place. And all around you got the rest of the factory. At the back there's this massive storage place for the cheese forms. You can ask for a tour if you are fancy for discovering more on this amazing cheese.
I get here every time I come back to Parma and it's such a treat!
Absolutely recommended. It's a 10 stars local food store!!
