★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcune mozzarelle sarebbero anche buone ...se solo non fosse che su un chilo che compri ti mischiano mezzo chilo di mozzarella vecchia con mezzo chilo di quella di giornata. Allego la foto. La prossima volta la mozzarella vecchia stendetela alle pizzerie... o fatela pagare la metà. La disonestà in questa terra purtroppo regna sovrana. Saluti a tutti . Addio rosano non mi vedrete più

I'm from Salerno so close to Battipaglia where mozzarella reigns but I don't think I've ever eaten a better mozzarella from the Rosano dairy as well as many excellent products united by grace and courtesy. A thousand stars for this exceptional dairy ??❤️
