Peccato perché per una sim hanno perso un cliente dal momento che non comprerò mai nulla da loro. I veri commercianti dovrebbero sapere che il cliente serve per più di una volta soltanto... Acquistata la scheda chiamo Il 159 9 volte e tutti e 9 operatori mi dicono che devo riandare al centro perché avevano creato una nuova anagrafica e quindi nn si poteva associare la vecchia SIM scaduta .... Al centro caterino mi dicono che per loro è tt ok .... Mi reco in un altro centro mi dicono che il negoziante ha sbagliato a creare una nuova anagrafica e quindi devo acquistare una nuova SIM da inserire nella mia vecchia anagrafica e procedere alla sostituzione oppure riandare da Caterino ed attivare loro una pratica per risolvere il problema da loro creato .. Richiamo Caterino e mi dicono che per loro è tutto ok e testuali parole mi dicono fai cio che vuoi io nn ti posso fare nulla più !!! Richiamo Wind 159 ed il decimo operatore mi riferisce che è un errore del centro Wind e quindi devo riandare dove è stata acquistata, morale della favola ? Io ci ho perso 20€ voi un cliente ! Oltretutto quando sono tornato indietro per chiedere spiegazione non ha avuto neanche il coraggio di ripetere quanto detto.Erano presenti altri clienti al momento, ai quali ho chiesto se fossi stato scortese o offensivo in qualche modo ,ma hanno confermato che non avevo avuto alcun comportamento che potesse giustificare una tale aggressione verbale.
