D	Domenico Di nardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recato presso la banca monte paschi che si trova sulla rotonda di Villaricca (NA), e a fianco ho visto che ha aperto un mini caseificio nominato il Principe. Bene sono entrato con le dovute precauzioni per prendere un po' di mozzarella, gli chiedo a l'unica persona che sta li dietro un 750 gr d mozzarella, poi un pezzetto di salame levoni, una ricotta che e pezzata 1 euro, e 150 gr di ciccioli che prezza 10 euro al kg., alla fine chiedo il saldo e mi dice 15,50 centesimi. Vado via di fretta e furia causa questi giorni particolari e dico vabbè dopo guardo le singole voci....., vado a casa e lo scontrino mi costata solo un'unica chiamata il prezzo totale: io incomincio a fare due conti.... 730 gr di mozzarella a 11,00 euro al kg. Fa 8,30 centesimi, 1 euro la ricotta 150 gr di ciccioli 1,50 centesimi ho pensato il salame 117 gr, voglio pensare che stia a 15, euro al kg, mi posso sbagliare facciamo a 18,00 al kg. Quindi farebbe 2,10 centesimi... il totale fa 12,90... qualcosa non mi torna....poi vedi perché devono solo chiudere anche perché dietro mettono persone incompetenti e a questo punto ........ . Grazie 1000 non ci andrò mai più. Da premettere che e tutto di ottima qualità. Si possono trovare formaggi, salumi, ma anche pane, bibite e vini. Friendly and helpful staff. They added a gift to what they bought (1 kg of mozzarella) and made themselves available to cut and stuff a sandwich. You can find cheeses, cold cuts, but also bread, soft drinks and wines.

Il bancone ben assortito con tanti prodotti tipici ed originali , mi hanno colpito tantissimo i dolcetti che non mi aspettavo di trovare in un caseificio e anche tutti i prodotti della penisola sorrentina (frutta secca e quant' altro). Mozzarella buonissima e prosciutto crudo che si scioglie in bocca . L'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto tanto è la ricotta che aveva poco sapore ma si può sempre migliorare . 5 stelle meritate As soon as I walked in I smelled a wonderful clean smell. Ma vorrei evidenziare un altro aspetto del caseificio Principe... La cordialità, gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff ( che ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso), sempre disponibili a soddisfare le vostre esigenze e richieste. Tu chiedi e loro cercano di accontentarti. Talking about the quality of their products (dairy, salami, sweets, wines, etc.) is superfluous .. all excellent and with prices in line with the excellence they offer. But I would like to highlight another aspect of the Principe dairy ...
