★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio "Raguso". Si trova non molto lontano dalla chiesa di San Francesco d'Assisi. Praticamente nella piazza antistante. Caseificio di buona qualità, lo riproverò sperando di alzare il giudizio. Burrate e mozzarelle buone appunto ma non eccelse.
"Raguso" dairy. It is located not far from the church of San Francesco d'Assisi. Practically in the square in front. Good quality dairy, I will try it again hoping to raise the judgment. Burrata and mozzarella good indeed but not excellent.

L'esperienza e la professionalità che ci mettono la si ritrovata assaggiando tutti i loro prodotti contraddistinti da una freschezza unica. Mozzarelle, burratine, stracciatella e caciocavallo sono alcuni dei prodotti che offrono ma non finisce di certo qui...... non resta che scoprirlo visitando il loro punto vendita che offre non solo gentilezza ma una vera e propria esperienza per il palato.
Caseificio Raguso always ready to satisfy every desire. The experience and professionalism that they bring to us can be found by tasting all their products characterized by a unique freshness. Mozzarella, burratine, stracciatella and caciocavallo are some of the products they offer but it certainly does not end here ... you just have to find out by visiting their store that offers not only kindness but a real experience for the palate.
