★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LADRI NEl DARE IL RESTO e mai lo scontrino Molto antipatici. Non salutano e non si sanno comportare. Forse pensano che le stanno regalando ? Perché il modo di fare è quello di qualcuno obbligato a servirti ma che vorrebbe stare in qualsiasi altro posto e ti odia. Cosa no sense visto che guadagnano come emiri e non hanno nulla da lamentarsi dato che a Latina la gente è bene educata e mi pare continui a comprare i loro prodotti. Con tutti i caseifici buoni a Latina (Daniela ) è meglio che si fanno una doccia di umiltá che non hanno esattamente inventato la ruota (ne la mozzarella )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molta accoglienza , proprietari accoglienti e gentile ,non parliamo della pulizia , quando entri si sente proprio quella sensazione di pulito . Ho fatto un viaggio lungo ( Latina Milano ) senza parole , erono ancora intatte e buonissime . Ho assaggiato anche diversi prodotti in delle pizzerie ed erono eccellenti . Ormai sono cliente fissa e non mangiamo mai prodotti di altri venditori . ????
A lot of welcome, welcoming and kind owners, let's not talk about cleanliness, when you enter you feel that clean feeling. I made a long journey (Latina Milano) without words, they were still intact and very good. I have also tasted several products in some pizzerias and they were excellent. I am now a regular customer and we never eat products from other sellers. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a circa 40 minuti di macchina da Latina ed essendo in zona cercavo una buona mozzarella di bufala da portare a casa. Come spesso accade, cerco le recensioni che mi portano direttamente al caseificio.
Mai scelta fu più saggia, tanto che già sono tornata una seconda volta.
Mozzarelle freschissime, veramente buone e belle sode.
La stracciatella è qualcosa di fenomenale e in ultimo (ma solo in ordine di assaggio) la ricotta.. cremosa, fresca e saporita. Sono rimasta senza parole.
Menzione speciale anche per la porchetta che è stata molto buona, non stoppacciosa, non eccessivamente salata/pepata e con una crosticina da urlo!
Per l’ottima qualità, il prezzo è un po’ più alto rispetto al supermercato, ma ne vale la pena! Super consigliato!
I live about 40 minutes by car from Latina and being in the area I was looking for a good buffalo mozzarella to take home. As is often the case, I look for reviews that lead me directly to the dairy.
Never was a wiser choice, so much so that I have already returned a second time.
Very fresh mozzarella, really good and nice firm.
The stracciatella is something phenomenal and lastly (but only in order of tasting) the ricotta .. creamy, fresh and tasty. I was speechless.
Special mention also for the porchetta which was very good, not stringy, not excessively salty / peppery and with a screaming crust!
For the excellent quality, the price is a little higher than in the supermarket, but it's worth it! Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayy too expensive , especially for a Little Town Like Latina, already stuffed with places Like that. Worst attitude ever by the owners, they probably act Better with people they know, or that spends more (more???)
The mozzarella was a Little too salty for my taste, and kinda watery. Plus how can It Be local if it's from the Campania area ??
