★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati in azienda è come se si respirasse aria di festa: musica e persone che vanno e vengono con i vassoi pieni di ogni ben di Dio! Non sono camerieri, ma semplicemente delle persone che vanno a ritirare il proprio ordine. Avete capito bene! Essendo un'azienda agricola non possono fare il servizio al tavolo e quindi una volta che si fà l'ordine alla cassa...... all'Interno del piccolo, ma super fornito negozietto...... ti lasciano un dispositivo che vibrerà quando il tuo ordine sarà pronto! Quello che si mangia è divinamente buono...anche perché sono tutti prodotti fatti da loro. Il prezzo è basso calcolando che sul menù vengono riportati i prezzi per due porzioni....e che porzioni! Abbondanti e ottime. Complimenti veramente.... complimenti a tutti voi per quello che fate! Ah, dimenticavo: " non andate via senza assaggiare il loro gelato"! Io ho preso "Pesto di Pistacchio"... DIVINO!
Comunque PRENOTATE è un consiglio.

Inside the small, but super furnished shop ...... they leave you a device that will vibrate when your order is ready! What you eat is divinely good ... also because they are all products made by them. The price is low by calculating that the menu shows the prices for two portions .... and what portions! Abundant and excellent. Congratulations indeed .... congratulations to all of you for what you do! Ah, I forgot: "don't go away without tasting their ice cream"! I took "Pesto di Pistacchio" ... DIVINO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel raggio di 15/20 km non c'è sul territorio un'attività che venda formaggi e soprattutto carni di questo livello, ovviamente non ha prezzi stracciati ma sono in linea con "il macellaio sotto casa". Il punto forte è il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la grande affluenza di clienti è sicuramente sinonimo della freschezza delle carni e dei formaggi. Molto buono anche il pane e disponibili anche prodotti di nicchia come olio, conserve, pasta secca, funghi secchi ecc...
Se avete il palato fine lasciatevi consiliare dai macellai o dai casari. Non rimarrete scontenti.
Molto vasta la scelta di salumi e insaccati e imbarazzo della scelta per i "pronti da cuocere" sapientemente confezionati dai macellai.
Non dimenticate di acquistare una bottiglia di latte fresco Intero...
... è il sapore di una volta!
Ci ho fatto il formaggio in casa senza dover aggiungere panna liquida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conoscevo questa azienda agricola perché andavo a comprare l'ottima carne che hanno. Ma poi sono stato da loro per cena e ho trovato un un'ambiente favoloso. In questo percorso ci ha accompagnato Gaia persona simpatica e professionale. Abbiamo degustato affettati misti e formaggi di ottima qualità, le padellacce sono i loro primi, deliziosi e la carne alla griglia la fa da padrona, sublime. All'interno dell'azienda ce un negozio rifornito di ogni pietanza che è stata prodotta da loro. Che aggiungerei solo i miei più sinceri complimenti. Bravi ????
I knew this farm because I went to buy the excellent meat they have. But then I went to them for dinner and found a fabulous setting. On this path, Gaia accompanied us, a nice and professional person. We tasted mixed cold cuts and cheeses of excellent quality, the frying pans are their first, delicious and the grilled meat is the master, sublime. Inside the company there is a shop stocked with every dish that has been produced by them. Which I would add only my most sincere congratulations. Well done ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
The appetizers are freshly cut, the cheese and mozzarella are very, very good.
As for the meat, you can choose the cut and the cooking was perfect.
I highly reccomend it to everyone
