★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questo caseificio tramite google mentre viaggiavo sull'autostrada A1, perchè volevo acquistare delle mozzarelle di bufala da portare in viaggio. Conosco tanti caseifici in quest'area geografica dove ho sempre mangiato un'ottima mozzarella e pensavo che bastasse recarsi dal primo che capita (per mancanza di tempo) per acquistare comunque un'ottima mozzarella. Sia io che i miei figli siamo rimasti delusi, non avevano niente a che vedere con quelle mangiate nei giorni precedenti nella stessa zona.
I found this dairy via google while traveling on the A1 highway, because I wanted to buy buffalo mozzarella for travel. I know a lot of dairies in this geographical area where I always ate a good mozzarella and I thought that it was enough to go to the first one that happens (due to lack of time) to buy excellent mozzarella anyway. Both me and my children were disappointed, they had nothing to do with those eaten in the same area in the previous days.
