Ma quella che mi è stata data non può e non deve essere chiamata mozzarella.
Trattasi di formaggio industriale a forma di mozzarella , molle, insapore, inodore, insipido.
Magari sarò capitato il giorno sbagliato ???
Tutto mi sembrava fuorché latte di bufala campana.
Mi ha dato l'impressione di essere fatta con latte in polvere, per esempio o chissà come.
Fatto grave è che mi hanno intossicato la cena.
Ne ho congelato una parte, la userò per la pizza a sto punto. Immangiabile.
