Mi sono trovato bene con il prodotto, fresco, di qualità, al giusto prezzo. Sono un privato ma credo che sia un pensiero condiviso anche dai professionisti del settore della ristorazione. Tornerò ad acquistare da loro. I bought from this dairy, through a friend, some packs of buffalo mozzarella. I was happy with the product, fresh, quality, at the right price. I am a private individual but I believe it is a thought shared also by professionals in the catering sector. I'll be back to buy from them.

Not bad product but the packs are all very underweight 220 those of 250 450 those of 500 I also complained to the owner but there was no result.

In occasione della Pasqua prenoto con largo anticipo (e pago) la mozzarella sia per la domenica sia per il lunedì di Pasquetta. Quella di Pasqua sarebbe stata consegnata di sabato, era concordato. Chiamo il giorno prima, venerdì, per conferma dell'esistenza dell'ordine e nuovamente per l'orario di ritiro. Con grossa sorpresa il sabato scopriamo che l'odine lo hanno completamente perso: si scusano, dandomi mozzarelle di formato diverso da quello concordato. Mi accerto che ci sia anche l'ordine per lunedì mattina e quasi mi sento un ladro, poiché non lo trovano. Ricostruiamo il tutto e ci salutiamo, dandoci appuntamento per lunedì. Incredibilmente lunedì alle 09:00 le mozzarelle non sono tra le buste già pronte; vengo invitato a tornare dopo 20 minuti perché sarebbero "uscite quelle fresche appena fatte". Prendo finalmente il pacco tra mille sorrisi e scuse, ma purtroppo quando lo apro (ospite a casa di parenti) scopriamo che il sapore non era quello atteso, nemmeno la consistenza (le mozzarelle apparivano strane e non mostravano le caratteristiche cui eravamo abituati). Il giorno dopo chiudo il mio rapporto di "fedeltà" col punto vendita, rappresentando la mia insoddisfazione direttamente all'addetta vendite. Not from Vitulazio, I had been their client for 2 years. On the occasion of Easter, I book the mozzarella well in advance (and pay) for both Sunday and Easter Monday. The Easter one would be delivered on Saturday, it was agreed. I call the day before, Friday, to confirm the existence of the order and again for the pick-up time. With great surprise on Saturday we discover that they have completely lost the order: they apologize, giving me mozzarella in a different format than the one agreed. I make sure there is also order for Monday morning and I almost feel like a thief, as they can't find it. We rebuild everything and say goodbye, making an appointment for Monday. Incredibly, on Monday at 09:00 the mozzarella is not among the ready-made envelopes; I am invited to come back after 20 minutes because the "fresh ones just made" would come out. I finally take the package with a thousand smiles and apologies, but unfortunately when I open it (guest at relatives' home) we discover that the taste was not what we expected, not even the consistency (the mozzarella looked strange and did not show the characteristics we were used to). The next day I close my "loyalty" relationship with the store, representing my dissatisfaction directly to the sales assistant.
