★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formaggio eccellente, si che si prenda le caciottine fresche con speziatura di tartufo che di peperoncino che di erba cipollina, si che si prenda il pura pecora stagionato. Favolosa la ricotta.
Excellent cheese, if you take fresh caciottine with spiced truffle, chilli pepper or chive, take pure seasoned sheep. The ricotta is fabulous.
