★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIU' ................Se c'era lo ZERO l'avrei messo .... Il caseificio a Luglio 2021 l'ho trovato sporco.
Comunque... ho comprato due fome di pecorino. Tornata a casa (Milano) dopo 24 ore, taglio le due forme per mettere sottovuoto. Scopro due forme completamente ammuffite all'interno .
Li ho contattati , mi avevano promesso che mi avrebbero contattata per spedirmi le forme ... ma nulla ... che delusione ... mai più !!!!!
NEVER AGAIN ................ If there was a ZERO I would have put it .... I found the dairy in July 2021 dirty.
Anyway ... I bought two forms of pecorino. Back home (Milan) after 24 hours, I cut the two shapes to put under vacuum. I discover two forms that are completely moldy inside.
I contacted them, they promised me that they would contact me to send me the forms ... but nothing ... what a disappointment ... never again !!!!!
