★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio a conduzione familiare, lavorano a crudo solo il latte delle loro pecore. Ricotta +++ (la fanno solo il lunedì), eccezionale il pecorino stracchinato!
Family-run dairy, they only work raw milk from their sheep. Ricotta +++ (they only make it on Mondays), the stracchinato pecorino is exceptional!
