★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in vacanza e per puro caso ho notato il caseificio e provato la mozzarella di bufala e la stracciatella, la burrata.... Prodotti che se non li provi non ci credi... Il latticello che esce quando tagli la mozzarella, credo di non averlo mai visto in nessun altro prodotto da me acquistato da altre parti.... Il gusto del latte è impareggiabile!!! Ho fatto scorta al rientro per farle assaggiare agli amici e parenti... Che dire: grazie di esistere!!! Ci vedremo presto!!!

The buttermilk that comes out when you cut the mozzarella, I think never having seen it in any other product purchased by me elsewhere .... The taste of milk is unmatched !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato questa mattina ho comprato un kilo di bocconcini di mozzarelle di bufala e due ricottine di latte vaccino, ho chiesto alla commessa se erano di giornata, mi è stato detto che erano appena fatte, ho anche chiesto che dovevo portarle al.nord mi ha confermato che erano di giornata morale mozzarelle molle senza sapore e non si capiva se erano di bufala o vaccina mi dispiace perché ci andavo spesso in questo posto, ma da oggi non ci andrò mai più

Le signorine al banco sempre gentili e carine che ti sanno consigliare in base ai tuoi gusti con prodotti caseari sempre freschissimi. Mozzarella di bufala top! Entrambe sono realizzate al momento è sempre fresche.Trasformano il latte magistralmente anche in altre varianti, formaggi, yogurt e tanto altro ancora.Vendono altresì pane, salumi, lumache ?e conserve.Laboratorio a vista, personale gentile e professionale, spediscono in tutta Italia.
