Tenevo solo a precisare al signor Domenico Coladangelo, che l'aumento del prezzo a cui fa riferimento risale al 2019 (prima del periodo Covid) ed è dovuto all'aumento PRECEDENTE del prezzo del latte di BUFALA (ed è tutto dimostrabile da documenti).
Ad ogni modo i prezzi sono stabiliti in base a criteri che purtroppo non decidiamo noi ma gli studi commerciali, preferendo questo piuttosto che un ribasso della qualità del prodotto... Comunque non è molto carino fare insinuazioni del genere specie dopo un periodo così difficile per le attività locali. ? Siamo lieti di rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio personalmente

I just wanted to clarify to Mr. Domenico Coladangelo, that the increase in the price to which he refers dates back to 2019 (before the Covid period) and is due to the PREVIOUS increase in the price of BUFFALO milk (and it is all demonstrable by documents).
In any case, the prices are established on the basis of criteria that unfortunately we do not decide but the commercial studies, preferring this rather than a reduction in the quality of the product ... However it is not very nice to make such insinuations especially after such a difficult period for local activities. ? We are happy to answer any questions personally
