★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di comprare del pecorino semistagionato rosso al negozio Esselunga prodotto dal Vs caseificio,se fossi una persona male educata direi senza temere di essere smentito, che è veramente uno schifo, plastica, in bocca sembra gomma, inodore, non ho tempo e voglia di farlo analizzare ,ma vi consiglio di farlo da voi.
Non mancherò certamente di allertare la direzione Esselunga consigliandoli di accertare la qualità dei prodotti commercializzati.
 I had the misfortune of buying red semi-aged pecorino at the Esselunga shop produced by your dairy, if I were a badly educated person I would say without being afraid of being denied, that it's really crap, plastic, in the mouth it looks like rubber, odorless, I don't have time and want to have it analyzed, but I recommend you do it yourself.
I will certainly not fail to alert the Esselunga management advising them to ascertain the quality of the products marketed.

La vendita è gestita dalla signora che abita nella casa soprastante. Negli orari di apertura del punto vendita, se la porta è chiusa, batsa suonare il campanello e la signora scenderà dalla propria abitazione e provvederà a servire la clientela.
Excellent local products made with quality raw materials. Moderate prices.
The sale is managed by the lady who lives in the house above. During the opening hours of the store, if the door is closed, batsa ring the bell and the lady will come down from her home and will serve the clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro questo posto e tutti i loro formaggi, sia freschi che stagionati. La rivendita è piccolissima e basta chiedere che anche dal retro spuntano altri formaggi. Spesso compro i pecorini piccoli per regalarli, la signora mi da la mitica carta gialla e quanto necessario per la confezione. Prezzi bassissimi.
I love this place and all their cheeses, both fresh and seasoned. The resale is very small and you just have to ask that other cheeses also appear from the back. I often buy the little pecorino to give them away, the lady gives me the legendary yellow paper and what is necessary for the packaging. Very low prices.
