Il barbabecco, in particolare, ricorda un formaggio francese ma con un sapore delicato come le colline della Val D'Orcia. The cheeses purchased and tasted in this company have had a huge success in dinners with friends organized once they returned from their holiday in Tuscany. Hanno cambiato la data di scadenza vendendoci dei biscotti già scaduti. Infatti si legge nella busta la prima data 05/12/2017 che è stata trasformata in 05/04/2018 al costo di Euro 5,00. We failed that point and walked away with a piece of each cheese we tried. To our defence, we have to confess everything was delicious and particular. Very mature and deep tastes, complex and much enjoyable. Thanks for making such wonderful products.
