Il miglior produttore di mozzarella e non soltanto (caciocavallo, scamorza, ricotta...) ad Arezzo. Daniele è un maestro assoluto nel suo campo, oltreché un'istituzione in città ed un magnifico ambasciatore della sua terra, la Puglia. Ogni altra definizione è superflua. Sbrigatevi ad assaggiare il suo formaggio se ancora non l'avete fatto!
