★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gnam, gnam, gnam! Finalmente ho trovato chi prepara la " treccia perfetta "! Metodo tradizionale che ormai in pochi utilizzano per la preparazione del caglio, fondamentale per ottenere un prodotto unico e molto sopra la media.
Anche la loro ricotta è sublime, io adoro quella preparata con il solo latte di mucca ( c'è anche " mista " ).
Anche i vari formaggi sono eccellenti.

Yum, yum, yum! I have finally found who prepares the "perfect braid"! Traditional method that nowadays few use for the preparation of rennet, essential to obtain a unique product and much above the average.
Their ricotta is also sublime, I love the one made with cow's milk only (there is also "mixed").
The various cheeses are also excellent.
Absolutely recommended!
