★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati consigliati dal panificio affianco, veramente mozzarelle buonissime, burrate fatte sul momento e nodini che sembra di bere il latte!!! la signora simpaticissima e molto cordiale, ci ha consigliato la qualità fresca, abbbiamo chiesto della ricotta da portare a bologna ci ha consigliato di non prenderla perché non sarebbe arrivata fresca, dove si trova della gente ancora così onesta?? ritorneremo a trovarti sicuramente grazie per tutto, un saluto da bologna a presto!!!!
We were recommended by the bakery next door, really delicious mozzarella, freshly made burrata and knots that seem to drink milk !!! the very nice and very friendly lady, recommended us the fresh quality, we asked about the ricotta to bring to bologna she advised us not to take it because it would not come fresh, where are people still so honest ?? we will come back to see you for sure thanks for everything, a greeting from bologna soon !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono entrata sono rimasta un po perplessa... esposto (mi riferisco alla parte del caseificio) non c era granché come capita negli altri caseifici. Ma dopo con la gentilezza della signora e chiedendo ho portato via tantissime squisitezza. In più mi hanno anche fatto un pacco viaggio. Sono soddisfatta. Grazie ci ritornerò.
